浮月楼の床の間に、秋の花材を用いて季節を表現した室礼。食の場にも月や鷹の羽、ススキの葉など秋を感じさせる要素を取り入れ、花と料理、室内の設えをひとつの季節体験として構成する。自然の移ろいを、目に映る花だけでなく場全体で味わう提案。
A seasonal arrangement in the alcove at Fugetsuro, using flowers and materials associated with autumn. The dining setting also incorporated the moon, hawk feathers, and susuki (Japanese pampas grass) leaves, bringing the season into both the room and the meal. Rather than presenting flowers in isolation, the arrangement made the changing natural world part of the overall dining experience.
